Controller

Astral Migration, 24 Chertsey Road, London E11 4DG, United Kingdom is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@astralmigration.com.

What we collect

Order details you give us: the name to appear on your certificate, date of birth, chosen signs, intentions, effective date and email address.

Payment information is collected directly by Stripe, Inc. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and currency, but not your card number.

Technical data: our hosting provider (Google Firebase) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We store a note of the page and campaign through which you first arrived (such as utm parameters) on your device and with your order, to understand which channels work.

Why we use it

To create and deliver your documents and provide verification (performance of a contract); to keep accounting records (legal obligation); to prevent fraud and improve our service (legitimate interests).

Sharing

Digital orders are sold through Link (Stripe), which acts as merchant of record and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. For printed orders, Stripe processes your payment as our processor, and we share your name, shipping address, email and phone number with our print and fulfilment partner Prodigi Group Ltd and its carriers solely to produce and deliver your order. We also use Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting and database) as a processor. Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as the certificate should remain verifiable and as required for tax and accounting (typically 6–10 years). You may ask us to delete your record earlier, after which it will no longer verify.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@astralmigration.com.
